Solution iWeb 09 now offers integrated FTP connectivity, with a hitch.

A perennial complaint is that iWeb 09 now insists on publishing your web site to a folder named after your site. If you name your site 'website' and you publish to a web site, for example, called www.mysite.com, the published contents would be found at http://www.mysite.com/website/

Despite this functionality, it is still advised that you publish to a folder on your computer and then FTP those files to your web hosting account using a third party FTP program such as CuteFTP or Fetch.
